I wish to share my testimony with you, so that you can take it as motivation to seek the tools to overcome depressive and/or anxious processes.

Due to different factors in my daily environment such as conflictive situations at work, a permanent stress situation due to being the sole caregiver for my mother with several chronic illnesses and in bed, the economic situation, among others, caused a series of symptoms that were diagnosed by professional personnel as Persistent Anxious Major Depression. Fortunately, God placed these wonderful techniques in my path to overcome depression and anxiety “Peace FAST The Solution of Love, I Smile From My Heart”.

It is my wish to share my experience with the panic disorder that I was diagnosed with thirty years ago. In my case, my psychiatrist, after a mapping study of my brain, turned out that this disorder was inherited from my mother who also suffered from this condition.
