I wish to share my testimony with you, so that you can take it as motivation to seek the tools to overcome depressive and/or anxious processes.

Due to different factors in my daily environment such as conflictive situations at work, a permanent stress situation due to being the sole caregiver for my mother with several chronic illnesses and in bed, the economic situation, among others, caused a series of symptoms that were diagnosed by professional personnel as Persistent Anxious Major Depression. Fortunately, God placed these wonderful techniques in my path to overcome depression and anxiety “Peace FAST The Solution of Love, I Smile From My Heart”.

By doing the meditations daily, exercising total kindness, and making small advances that allowed me to strengthen myself, I have overcome the symptoms of sadness, anguish, shortness of breath, panic attacks, negative thoughts, tightness in the chest, sweating and trembling, crying, despair that were previously intolerable.

Now, thanks to God and these tools, I am at peace, I feel well-being, little by little, every day improving a little more: One Smile at a Time.

It is my wish to share my experience with the panic disorder that I was diagnosed with thirty years ago. In my case, my psychiatrist, after a mapping study of my brain, turned out that this disorder was inherited from my mother who also suffered from this condition. The manifestation of the symptoms is tremendous and I remember that it scared me a lot because I did not understand what was happening to me, the sensations of suffocation and imminent death, the emptiness in my stomach, sweating, trembling and excessive fear that I could not overcome. .
